No, Oxipay does not charge interest.  Oxipay makes its money by charging retailers directly. The same goes for fees, with the exception of a $6 late fee if you miss a payment. 

What if I miss an Oxipay payment?    

If you do not make your Payments you will Default and your Balance will become immediately due and payable.

You will have to pay Oxipay the Late Payment Fee for each Default in addition to any fee or charge by your bank or credit union.

You will have to pay Oxipay the Collection Fee if they are required to take steps to collect the Balance.
