WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE?
Your products are estimated to arrive within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation. We process orders immediately once the funds have cleared to our account and have found our customers’ received their orders on average between 10-15 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order. You can also click the below link and populate your order number (4 digits “#1234”) and the email address used at check out:
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
Don’t worry! On orders of 2 or more, this is fairly common. In order to get products to our customers, we ship out as soon as possible, which may mean they come in separate delivery windows. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days please contact us.
