What is your return policy?

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy any products from Plus Size Clothing Co online, you have a ‘cooling-off’ period of 7 days from the day after receipt, during which time you can return the product to us and receive a full refund (subject to the below conditions outlined on this page). This includes the original delivery charge (up to the cost of the basic delivery charge) but not the cost of returning the product. This does not apply to any goods which are personalised or made to your specification or any swimwear, underwear, lingerie or nightwear. The refund of any delivery charges for the original product will be capped at our standard postage price. In addition to the cooling off period.
Generally, Plus Size Clothing Co does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. See below for what is considered a "change of mind".
Change of Mind Returns
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will consider a change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description. Due to clearance or hygiene reasons, they are not refundable for a change of mind refund.
Examples (outcomes may differ in individual cases):
Change of mind: Lauren purchased a top as a gift for her daughter, but when the item arrived discovered that her daughter had also purchased a similar top. She contacted Plus Size Clothing Co to see if she could return it. As there is nothing wrong with the top, Plus Size Clothing Co advised Lauren, they did not have to give her a refund, exchange or store credit.
Other returns: Carly bought a 3XL Dress online, but when it arrived it was actually a 2XL. Carly contacted Plus Size Clothing Co and let them know. On receipt of the returned item, Plus Size Clothing Co provided Carly with a store credit equal to the value of the item and initial shipping costs.
Plus Size Clothing Co will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or replacement where:
Plus Size Clothing Co may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Plus Size Clothing Co reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning a product with adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked for your confirmation of the return transaction. If Plus Size Clothing Co agrees to the return without adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide photo identification containing your full name, signature and expiration date, so that your name and signature can be verified. This information may be accessed by authorised Plus Size Clothing Co’s team members for fraud investigations and fraud protection activities. Information collected on returns slips will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time and may be used for the purposes of research and analysis and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request as required by law.
Plus Size Clothing Co’s rights
Plus Size Clothing Co reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair; exchange or refund being refused.
- for online orders, an order number or the invoice details, which is provided in the confirmation email for the order;
- a credit card statement; or
- a bank statement.
If your product is refused for a refund you shall have the option for receiving the item in exchange for shipping charges to resend the product.
Simply return your items to the following address within 30 days of the date on your dispatch note. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost.

When sending items please ensure to pay for tracking, we recommend eParcel as if missed placed we will not accept the return.
Allow 5 business days to review the products as per the guidelines mentioned above. If approved funds can take 3-5 workdays to appear in your account.
